Yep we warned you about Arvixe….. (Those guys STILL have not corrected the customers problems and it is NOW 3 months on)
WELL!!, it seems we have found another big name offering dodgy support and services.
These guys specialize in websites that crash so badly that it actually logs you OUT of their site.
You try to report it and their ‘contact us’ support form and THAT crashes.
Needless to say they are using Microsoft product (Webserver/SQL server).
I mean come on guys you would need to be mentally deficient to pay a license fee for dodgy bug filled software, when you can use Apache for ‘free’.
If you finally do make it into their site and attempt to use the functionality provided… it crashes and logs you OUT of their website.
We are currently upto three support requests and STILL no one has attempted to contact us back (other than a BOT stating you will be contacted shortly but that was one month ago)
